Around three weeks ago. I was taking it out to deal with the snake. I saw some blood from the anal scale. What do you think happened?? And please tell me how to recover if it does once again.

Was he shedding, or just finished shedding?
This sort of bleeding is not uncommon. Some snakes are "rough" on themselves during shed. Because the skin inside the vent is rather tender, occasionally tearing can happen throughout a shed. This is not anything to be concerned about unless the bleeding does not stop inside a few hours. If the bleeding does not quit or appears severe, an immediate vet pay a visit to is warranted.
