I Enjoy elephants and the inlay looks incredible, but my objective size is 0g, and the smallest these plugs come in is 7/16. I'm not confident I'm ready to commit to that large of a goal size.

If they were any smaller you wouldn't even be able to see the elephants, that's why. So you just have to suck it up, and go two sizes larger.
