Have HDMI cables in for Sky box and Tv but not positive where single jack need to go?! Will speaker system shutoff if successfully plugged in?

I have that system but the model below (with out blu-ray) and there isnt a stereo jack for headphones....unless you go get a special connector that goes from phono to jack....but still, I wouldnt advise it, its a surround system, its designed to be utilized with speakers, not headphones...
